I create product experiences for complex systems: CRM, analytics, dashboards, automation, and generative AI. My work is about making powerful software feel clearer, calmer, and more useful for the people who rely on it.

I’m PJ Haft, a Lead UX Designer at SugarAI focused on turning complex technical capabilities into product experiences people can understand and use. I work across discovery, research synthesis, information architecture, prototyping, design systems, and shipped enterprise software.

I’m most interested in the layer where data, automation, and AI meet real people: the moment a product needs to explain itself, guide a decision, reduce friction, or help someone move with confidence.

My approach is guided by three things:

  • Clarity: make complex systems easier to understand.

  • Trust: design AI and data-rich experiences that feel transparent and controllable.

  • Craft: bring enough visual and interaction polish that powerful software still feels considered.
